  1. We attended the Saturday night performance of Classics and Beyond. It was a very eclectic and diverse program. I personally liked the variety and appreciated the attempt to shape a different architecture to the program. The two pieces with the violin were challenging. It takes some getting use to the different harmonics. The William Tell Overture and The Barber of Seville Overture were just plain entertaining and fun.
    On a different note, I would also like to praise the March 27th concert at First Baptist. It was over the top and I hope it was recorded.
