Brittany Kaehler is currently pursuing her DMA in choral conducting at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and serves as assistant conductor for Bel Canto Company and Gate City Voices. Additionally, she directs the Children’s Music Ministry and serves as assistant director of the Youth Choir at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in High Point, NC. Her peers have recognized her talent and dedication to the craft, being awarded the Sigma Alpha Iota (SAI) Graduate Conducting Scholarship in 2021, and is now the director for SAI Philanthropies, Inc. Brittany has extensive experience in music education and conducting, serving as clinician for multiple All-County Choral festivals and conducting or participating in the premieres of multiple choral works. Before arriving in Greensboro, she worked as the choral director at North East Carolina Preparatory School in Tarboro, NC. She holds a MM degree from UNCG in choral conducting and a BM degree in music education with a concentration in voice from East Carolina University.
